New standard of basketball gear:gear color must be same as the jersey

Recently Chinese Basketball Association issued a notice, according to the FIBA rules of the basketball rules and the actual situation that CBA and WCBA league equipment suppliers supply,now the specific requirements of athletes use relevant equipment will further defined as follows.

1.Tights: should be short sleeve (wide shoulder tight vest), its color and the race vest main color should be same or similar.For example, the host team to white race vest, the tights should be white or light color;The visiting team to dark match  vest, then the tights should be black or close to match vest color.

Note: the color of the tights,the team-mates must be unified.

 

2.Tight pants: its color and the match shorts main color is same or similar.If the shorts of home team is white,the tight pants should be white or light color;The visiting team to dark shorts, then the tight pants should be black or  the color close to the shorts.

Note: the color of the tight shorts,the team-mates must be unified.

 

3.Elastic shoulder and elbow pads: its color and race vest main color are same or similar.For example,the host team to white vest, the elastic shoulder and elbow pads should be white or light color;The visiting team to vest dark vest, then the elastic shoulder and elbow pads should be black or the color close to the vest.

Note: the color of elastic shoulder and elbow pads,the team-mates must be unified.

 

4.Socks and elastic stockings: the home team should be white, the visiting team should be black, or with the shorts  main color the same or similar.

5.Ordinary kneecap:the home team should be white, the visiting team should be black, or with the shorts  main color the same or similar.

 

6.Special kneecap: athletes wear special kneecap because of injury, if its color and race shorts color is not consistent, should offer the record by the team leader or coaches on the pre-game Joint Committee to technical representative.
